How to check your own version

  1. Chrome, Edge. Type chrome://settings/help or edge://settings/help in the address bar. The page shows the version and updates the browser if it is behind.
  2. Firefox. Menu > Help > About Firefox.
  3. Windows. Press Win + R, type winver and press Enter. You will see the version (for example 25H2) and the build number.
  4. macOS, iPhone, Android. Apple menu > About This Mac; on phones, Settings > General > About (iPhone) or Settings > About phone (Android).
